Peer leadership is key in creating cultural pathways for women of color in recovery from negative life cycles. LWP responds to the needs of historically marginalized women and the diversity of the global recovery community. In order to recognize all women as the lifeforce of our behavioral health recovery movement, we must address the traditional disparity in support services available and curated for BIWOC communities.

LivingWell Project ‘s mission is to make long term sustainable recovery from addiction, alcoholism and mental health challenges accessible, inclusive, and possible for sisters in the Black communities and our allies. Our success is integral to global healing.
